Trying new things

Hello ladies! (and gentlemen :))

I know that we agreed on Thursday being the official "new post" day but alas! this isn't a blog post,... It's a vlog post!!

A few days ago, the whole family went out to have family pictures done, and afterwards we went out to Crackle Barrel.

(sorry for the low cut t-shirt! I didn't realize that it was showing that much :()

Funny yes? :)
So here's the deal, Both of us have decided to make this a weekly thing. If you lovely people will give us an idea of what we should try next (this month let's stick with candy, please.)

Yes,... So,...

BYE!!

Okay, so I sat here for 10 minutes (with Si and Harry), and watched you two evaluate candy. I've never had any of those, but I'm with Bryse, I love taffy. Salt water taffy is more my speed though. I think that seemed to impossible to chew. I also like Chunky - haven't had one in years. The marshmallow candy didn't look so good and the chocolate wafer thingies just looked worthless - like why would you get your sugar from those? ha!

So - I think the next thing you should try is: Sardines (with the bones), Kippers and Anchovies.

Okay! That's all she wrote.
Bye!

PS I must admit, you entertained me. :)

I think you should do this including the making it part! http://www.delightfulcountrycookin.com/2011/02/chocolate-hummus.html

You guys are funny :). Most of those are from my (and your mama's) childhood - or even before, if you can imagine!! I think that clear stuff on the Valo Milk would be corn syrup to keep it "runny"...never had one, but it sounds too sweet to me! I think they are still popular on the east coast (or is it the south?)

I LOVE Chunky! But, I also love raisins and chocolate. The old Chunky bars we used to get were about the size of the 4 squares, but it was one square.

That Turkish Taffy looks like it could do serious damage to the dental work (not just braces, but fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.). You could do an experiment and see how long it takes to dissolve in your mouth. I don't like to chew sticky candy, so that's how I eat caramels, starburst, tootsie rolls, etc.

FUN...good job!
