I thought that since this is a new(ish) blog page thing,.... That I would do a new introduction post. Telling you about me and stuff. 

My name is Tori or Victoria but I prefer the first. I was born on the 12th of August and I'm currently 17 years old.

Those two adorable children are my little brother and sister, John and Grace, and they are 4. Cute right?

This is my older brother, Bryse, and he's 19 now.

And I'm all graduated. Woot!....So is Bryse haha.

I love to bake :)

I do some photography.

And that's about it haha.

Show and Tell Friday October 28

This week I'm joining in the Show and Tell Friday with My Romantic Home.  Even though I still live at home with my parents, I still like to take pictures of things we have around here!  This week I want to share a picture of a pumpkin that I chose at the local pumpkin patch.

I used the vintage and colorized actions from PW's set to give it a rough fall look.  What do you think?

A new singer

Today I was wondering around YouTube and came across a girl named Cady Groves. I don't know if any of you  have heard of her or her music (I believe she's still new? Maybe) but if I had a daughter, I'm not entirely sure I would let her listen to this. Not saying Cady has a bad voice, she singing is actually pretty good. I'm talking about the stuff she sings about, for example her latest video is about her "boyfriend" cheating on her and she catches him. Some how in the end, he's taped to a wall and she messes with him but the song it's self kinda suggests that she would prefer to murder this guy for what he did, instead of letting him go. 

(If I'm the only one who thinks that, feel free to tell me what you think of the video)

I'm pretty sure the song has some curse words in it so I'm not gonna post it on here (being a Christian blog and all) but I'll put a link so if you want, you can watch it for yourself.

Also she looks to be about 12 and she's "dating" a guy in his 20's....

That's just a little weird if you ask me (she actually is in her teen years, but still...)

but I've been in an very good mood lately,.. and "set" days to blog take all the fun out of it! (I think!). So who knows, there might even be a blog tomorrow! CRAZY!!!!!

Do you like rain? Cause we LOVE it!

Yesterday, the family went out to a pumpkin patch somewhere vast land of Kansas (I kinda don't remember where it was haha.). It was lots of fun, and it was a fantastic day for it! 

We fed some baby cows (which were absolutely adorable!)

Pet some baby lambs (Which were also cute!)

Why are baby animals so darn cute? It's not fair.

It turns out that cows love shoes,... Mostly YOUR shoes,... You have been warned.

I believe I'm going to grow up to be one of those people that start hurting when storms are coming. As soon as my knee started to hurt,...

The sky grew VERY dark,.. (please ignore me in this picture,...)

So we figured out a plan. We would take a few more pictures, ride the the tractor right, pick a pumpkin, and go home BEFORE it started raining. Sounds like a fantastic plan right?... Yeah, so did we. 

Literally, as soon as we got on the tractor, the sky just opened up! Now being the kind of family that we are, We had a blast as we were getting soaked 

Ok,... basically only Mother and I were having fun but you know what? When you finally come to understand the fact that you can't control weather. You have fun!

So we were kinda going crazy and having fun,... Like these people

(I literally laughed out loud when I watched this haha.)

I'm pretty sure our tractor driving man thought we were insane

But he was really nice! he gave us his towel to sit on so that we wouldn't get "as" wet. :)

I sadly did come out of this with a cold but for a day of fun, totally worth it.
